Bacon and Egg Breakfast Cups

Ingredients
  1. 6 Original King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  2. 4 Strips Cooked Bacon - chopped
  3. 6 Large Cage Free Eggs
  4. Fresh Cracked Salt/Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Flatten the rolls with a rolling pin. As flat as possible without breaking them.
  3. Form flattened rolls into muffin tin that has been sprayed with nonstick.
  4. Fill each muffin tin with a few pieces of chopped bacon.
  5. Crack an egg right over the top of each muffin tin.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh cracked salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until egg whites are fully cooked.
  8. Add a few more pieces of bacon on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
