My Morning Smoothies


Spinach Smoothie

1 cup liquid 
       (I typically use unsweetened coconut milk, almond milk, or a blend, but you can also use coconut water, regular milk, or water)
2 cups organic baby spinach

BLEND

Add 1/2 to 1 scoop of protein powder (I use strawberry or vanilla whey protein)
1/2 to 1 whole sliced banana (frozen)
1/2 to 1 cup of frozen pineapple (frozen)

BLEND

Breakfast Smoothie

1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 sliced and frozen banana
2-4 tablespoons of old-fashioned oats
1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk


Can also had handful of spinach, and/or protein powder

Strawberry Orange Dream Smoothie 

1/2 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt (or regular yogurt)
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut or almond mlk
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 orange (peeled)

Honey, if you want

* Makes two smoothies

Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 frozen banana
