Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons PB2 or peanut butter
Do you want a little extra protein in your smoothie? Try adding one or all of these items.
- 1 tablespoon chia seed
- 1 tablespoon hemp seed
- 1 handful of spinach
Instructions
- Place everything in the blender. Blend.
