OVEN-ROASTED ASPARAGUS

OVEN-ROASTED ASPARAGUS

  • 10 ounces Asparagus
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Rinse the asparagus in cold water and then pat dry with paper towels. Stack the asparagus and cut about 1 inch off the thick ends.  Lay the asparagus out into a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil all over the asparagus, and then generously sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 10-15 minutes in the preheated oven. Serve immediately.
